About Drew's Sober Living
Drew’s Sober Living exists because one man in recovery built the sober house he wished existed when he needed one most.
Drew’s Sober Living is a structured recovery residence and does not provide clinical treatment or medical services.
About Us
Why Drew Built a Sober Living Program Around Daily Accountability
Drew survived addiction. He knows what the first 90 days after treatment feel like, the gap between leaving rehab and building an independent, sober life where most men relapse. He built Drew’s Sober Living to close that gap with structure, accountability, and brotherhood.
Drew’s operates three men’s sober living homes across San Antonio and New Braunfels, Texas: Chittim House, Evergreen House, and Chapel Bend. Every house runs the same structured sober living program: daily drug and alcohol screening, a 30-hour weekly work requirement, mandatory 12-step meeting attendance, and financial literacy training. Any positive or refused test results in immediate discharge in accordance with house policy.
This is not a corporate recovery brand managing properties from a distance. Drew built every policy from lived experience. He knows what men in early recovery need because he needed it himself, and nobody gave it to him.
What We Do
Who Runs the Houses at Drew's Sober Living
Every Drew’s Sober Living house manager is a man in long-term recovery who lives on-site. House managers uphold daily screening, lead accountability check-ins, and hold every resident to the same standard because they walked the same road and understand what’s at stake.
House managers are not counselors or case workers. They are sober men who demonstrate what recovery looks like when lived every single day under the same roof, following the same rules, building the same discipline they expect from residents.
Who Runs the Houses at Drew's Sober Living
Drew’s goal is 10 accountability-based sober living homes across Texas, every one running the same daily-tested, structured program. Growth never compromises the standard. Every new recovery house runs identical rules. Same screening. Same work requirement. Same expectations.
Drew’s Sober Living prepares men for independent living, men who can hold a job, manage their money, stay sober, and stand on their own.
